Imagine running a doctor's office hospital without the quick access to computers and other data. Before the modern convenience of technology, everything used to be manually filed, placed on shelves and shelves of folders and organized all the time. Retrieving data could take several minutes and appointments had to be more spread out because of this. Scheduling was completed on paper and making an appointment often required flipping through page after page of a monthly planner.
